[HELP] problem with lotf

the problem is that when i login with a account that i just made and then i create a character and i relogin i must create a character again, what is the problem?

Right click the folder in which your source is and left click delete then press Ok, then right click the Recylce bin and left click Empty Recycle bin... that will solve your problems in the fastest way possible
