You can change your ip with VPN or proxy.

The best solution is a dynamic IP (restart your router once you might have it as well), sadly not every provider offers it.

acually isit dynamic ip give you others country's ip when u change? or the ip inside ur own country?

Obviously for your own country but i'm ip banned on certain forums still i can access them without a problem.
