Lil quest Problem

I have problem like that when I made my character there wasn´t chinese tutorial quest in my quest window and now because i havent done that quest every time I log in it shows me Help window and for example every time I level up it shows me again that Help thing -.- and it is really annoying

you cannt fix that, i think everyone has that ?

I couldnt do the tutorial on my Saturn character, made one on uranus 2 weeks ago and i could do it.

well you can do it when u make now new char but i have got an 3 months old char

What level is it:? its not worth starting new one anyway, cause its so old and you wont getting much for it.

Do you want to do every single quest :) or something
