How to slowdown my internet?

There's any way to? Because I need that credit bug, but when do I do that, my hangar is already loaded till I set the repeating of the selling of the drones... :(

normal u can set the rate of packets where send per second in your internet options. set them from normal(maybe 1000) to 10 and it should be very low.
