GatewayServer Load Incorrect IP from _PrivillegedIP

Idk why but in my SWSRO files GatewayServer Loaded completly others IP's adress than this what i have in _PrivillegedIP table. And i can't login to GM account then.
And most strange thing is that i running it 3 months ago normally and i don't make any changes in Account Db or in other things.

My dbo._PrivillegedIP table:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
And IP's loaded by Gatewayserver:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Like u can see Gateway Loaded completly other's IP adress
Any Solution?

declare @ip as bigint
exec @ip = dbo.make_ip 192,168,1,101
insert into _PrivilegedIP (IP_Begin, IP_End) values (@ip,@ip)

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] Then Write Your ip And Press Convert

And Copy Integer IP and paste IP_Begin IP_END
