Friend got scammed

How can he retrieve his account if somebody transfered his acc before he could do it???????? :(( PROBABLY SOMEONE STOLE all of his items already and DEL CHAR.......... What can he do to retrieve and will they retrieve his items back, how can they trace it if he for example switched from many chars in trade or sent mail? FUCK I HATE IT... :((( Help pls what to do.

If you are the only one who knows what your username and password is, then I see no possibilities for it to be scammed.

Just follow the Transfer guide.

IT says already transfered, but he did not.

did your friend used EliteDKTrader hacks?cause if he did then that explains it, cause i used too, and forgot to change my 163 summoner ac pw, and now he stole it...

I dont know who stole it, but what can we do to retrieve it?

u need to use reg mail and secret anser to recover acc.

Does Nexon retriev stolen accounts? What are their policy?
