I need help with my computer

Hey, when I start my computer it says " Starting Windows for the first time" then an error message comes and says that the installation could not complete because i'm in safe mode. Does anyone with good experience please tell me what to do? I had to pay 40 dollar for some cd's that the support told me to buy but they didn't even work...

EDIT: I have an Acer Aspire M5810 if that's to any help.

Have you ever booted since you have installed Windows? Maybe the installation was not completed correctly or there were some errors.

You already reinstalled windows ?

Yeah, I reinstalled windows but it says that I am in safe mode and because of that I can't complete the installation..

I don't know how to remove the safe mode so I can complete it.

You should run your system in safe mode then restore it then install a fresh copy of window 7 and update BIOS settings finally scan your system with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] for virus detection.
