[iBot] HSClient doesn't work

HSClient doesn't work with the normal silkroad client.
I run "Run SRO Hackshield", then the launcher opens. I click on start but the HSClient doesn't accept it.
Did everything necessary. Is it because i use Windows Vista?

Make sure you use complete the media patcher step before trying to launch the HS client

I have same problem. The client won't start both with hackshield and without it. A process dissapears after 5sec. I could open in before i used the media patcher. It worked on sror why it doesn't work on isro?
