problem with g-force 6200 and 2moons

hey guys i need your help pls
ok i have XFX~>GeForce 6200 AGP cause my old grafik broke down ;( and i dont want to spoend so much because i get my new motherboard in 2 month

ok my problem is i can start game all works goood grafik is good but my game is idk how to exlain
mhh ok i run or i see other runing its like

2secnormal~>2secs slowmotion~2secnormal~>2sec slowmotion~etc
me and othercharakters i see move like that

i did dxdiag all fine newest driver update and now i dont know what i should dooo :/ with a 9250ATI it runs goood but why its freaking out like this with a better card ???

I think you can download something that can help you from acclaim website. besides other ppl had a problem with their graphics cards and it looked like ce speed hack. downloading the file/patch/whatever it is should help

awkward because i have a pci GeForce 6200 on my desktop computer and it has no such problem just lag , and a GeForce Go 6150 on my brothers laptop it still acts weird on "maximum" video settings but just getting rid of names with v usually stops that. so if you havent fixed that yet just try lowering the settings or getting rid of names and it should work perfectly (the shiny setting, dunno what its called off the top of my head, affects it greatly)

water effect or shadows :P ?

forgot about water effect but yeah that does add some shit, naw i mean the effect that makes everything all extra shiny and shit, i think its bloom? all the other things dont really effect me at all even in dp as long as names are hidden.

Water effect when i was in aqua really effeced me. Especially if i agro'ed 50 mobs i laged than dc. Just try to minimize every effect and if doesn't help change the quality.
