[Release/Guide] Changing the Broadcast Message Value

After a very long time searching, I found the correct expression by reverse engineering in Ollydbg.

And now, I hope that this tutorial helps everyone, that as I, always wanted to change the Broadcast value.

In the private server, getting EPs is very easy.
Then, 5 EPs to send Broadcast messages is the same that free.

Now, you can change this value (example: 5.000 EPs), and your players will use this channel to serious things.

what he means is Right now Broadcast costs 5 ep , this guide guides you to make the price you'd like it to be ..

Not experienced in ASM, but I'm sure "DWORD" is 32bit meaning 4 bytes, and being TQ that would be an int, so 2.1billion approx
