Cannot open File

Hi my friend ve sent me a Cheat for Pserver like Dekaron Core or Evolution over Team Viwer.

Well the File wont Open....

I started it as admin there came up a massage Error: "Cannot open File"

???
How can I fix that?

How the fuck we should help you if we get as info:
- Its a Cheat
- File dont open
