It is absolutely one of the easiest thigns to make on your own. The way I do it:
After opening data pack 4, scroll down quite a ways, then start searching for ".mac" (without the quotes) then just change all the map names into login.mac.
For example, change "braiken.mac" to " login.mac" notice the spaces in front of the login.mac.
