Dragoon help

Hi im quite new in this thing and i dont know if this is the
right section to post this gonna do it anyway.
So i would like some help on how to get high values in dodge and accuracy for
a dragoon. All possibilities not just set bonus and soulcraft.

Edit: Oh and on which items you can get critical damage as soulcraft option.
