Archlord Ini Decrypt

I know there is a decryptini.exe around, to read the ini files, does anyone have it or know how to decrypt the ini?

I know that ace-ppc item editor opens up the item ini but i need to see the notepad version, anyone know?

clear & checked I've got this one for years.

- put ini file and program same folder
- drag & drop ini icon on program icon
- done

where can the images be found?
i'm proper noob at this sort of thing so :<

in the same folder in which you decrypt
ex: Itemtemplate.ini becomes Itemtemplate.ini_

ah yes i understand this bit, it's the bit about the images
i guess 'fraid i can't help with that
