[Help] VAC mob speed

Does anyone know how to make the mobs stop running around like crazy when I VAC them so I can actually attack them? Thank you. Pm me if you know

Lower ur mobs speed on share/creature/monster.csv , colunm walkspeed and runspeed.

But that will just make them follow me slower, I need them to stay stationary but follow me
