honor weapon

noob question since i never done it, will my honor points taken after purchased honor weapon? example: i have 9000 honor points & i buy sun glavie costs me 15m gold & 4000 honor points, will my honor points remain at 9000? or 5000? :s

can i store the weapon to storage to be use for my other chars?

Yes, it will take honor points so its completely useless.
Its account-bound so Im not sure.
Also dont forget it has limited repairs so dont waste your honor points, its totaly not worth it.
