Whats your budget? If you want a good one that runs sro smoothly, i would recommend a 6800 GTX.

But, if you are looking for extreme stuff, no lag, etc. i would recommend the 8800 gtx [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

to find which graphics card you have, go to Start --> control panel ---> System

Uhh, nope.

Unless you update them, which is impossible if you don't know what your graphics card is.

You should just get a laptop like i have, if its an old computer it takes ages to find a compatible graphics card install it, it probably also doesnt have way enough ram, so you have to fork out alot for these and a new processor, my old computer round my dads was outdated and a make that didnt exist anymore so it was even harder.

In the end i brought a laptop which i bring back and forth,

2GB Ram
Geforce Graphics card
Dual core processor
Windows vista

It plays it perfect and launches game in 5 seconds, round my mums it ran but could take ages to load in game.

The laptop was only £380 i just saved up.

But get a laptop i would say, you would maybe pay at least £120+ for the upgrades and no point upgrading an outdated PC, as it will have constant problems in being compatible in the future

Its different on vista, you might be able to upgrade your graphics card if you go into device manager and check for update for the card
