How to fix this

when i try to make forums acc for Atomix silkroad y do i get this and how do i fix it.

this is what i get --> ( An error has occurred Guest. The Admin does not allow registrations behind proxy servers. )

my proxy is off and it still dose not work i live in USA

I got the same problem and the server still off OMG .Can't even get some info about what is going on.

Im sure it has to do with server being down.

nop that not the reason it hase bin like this from day one so if anybody knows how to fix this plz let me know

sounds dumb but it might solve your problem xD
