DDS Thumbnail Viewer

Hey everyone.

I can't remember who was looking for this. Basically, this program will allow people running Windows 7 (32bit or 64bit) to view DDS files from their thumbnails. Whether or not this post finds it's way to that person, hopefully a few other people here will make use of it.

Haha, I don't really enjoy making graphics. =p
I enjoy seeing what you and other members can do though.
