enable disabled skills????how???

 help...how can we enable the disabled skills like rapid reload....

is it true ?

huh? rapid reload is not a disabled skill....???

i guess hes stating that in most private servers, the rapid reload is disable due to the abuse of damage hack using siege kit in accre in most cases... hopefully, somebody out der can post some tut or guide on how to enable dat....

thanks in advance!!!!

In the case of Warzone51 Server, I can see that dont have the RF_Online.bin file, have another file called RF_0nline.bin with double size of the original RF_Online.bin
