Public connection issues(Am I this nooby)

Ok I need a little help......

I have made my Server public for my team to test. Now I can connect using my public IP, however my team cannot they get "cannot connect to game server" after selecting server.

I have opened Game(30800), Login(30810) ports(and port 80 jus to be sure)-checked all open
I had to do loopback for me to be able to log(Fixed myself)- can log myself
Checked Linked server test connection is good- all passed
Double checked they have the right .exe.- they must to be able to log in right?
I have checked my logs - all ok, no noted issue.
I have searched and tried all i have found.

Is the IP direction on their game.exe the one of your host?

Are you allowing connections to your server from outsiders (different than 127.0.0.1)?

Firstly thank you for response John.
Yes, their .exe is edited accordingly. Not sure what you mean by the second part. Would you mind elaborating?

I have opened important ports as per Rebbecca Blacks post and my firewall is off. Not sure what else needs doing.

Anyne else having this issue.......
Whatsmyip.com port checker is slightly dodgy said my Game(30810) port was open when it wasnt.

I have a virgin super hub which is terribly hard to port forward on if you have one and are having issues plz feel free to pm me.
