you can't create server as any company
as you should buy the server files from the mother company from Korea .
or create your server on hamachi room.

Why can't you leave your laptop on 24/7? ANY Server is online 24/7. Either leave your laptop on or rent a server which does the very same.
To keep it simple: PC on = Server on -> PC off = Server off.
Rent a server = gameserver online 24/7
leave your laptop on 24/7 = gameserver online 24/7.

24/24? lolwut? In germany the week has 7 days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. And eachday has 24hours. -> 24/7
I kinda dont understand your problem. You want to have a server online awl teh time?
Either leave your damn pc on awl teh time or rent a fcking server. IT'S THAT SIMPLE!
Note: You won't get a server 4 free, tho... Anyone gotta pay the juice a server needs...
