1. You go on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. Log in with your Account
3. Click on settings
4. Click on Account settings
5. Choose your Account setting and change it

If you lost ur pw and you can't login [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
If you wanna change ur pw and u are already log in do what Downfall said
