All you have to do is to find

that using OllyDBg on your ps_game.exe, as soon as you find that address, all you need to do is change the 01 to to 0[number_of_kills] and save it.

The easier way:
Download Killchanger.rar (attachments)
Open the killchanger.rar with WinRar
Put your server off.
Open Killchanger.exe
Click file --> Open
Select your PS_Game.exe in SHAIYA_SERVER/SERVER/PSM_CLIENT/BIN/
Click OK
now just put in a number and click on Change Kill Count.
Put server on.

Credits go to the person that released this file on E*PvP
I don't know who did, someone sent me this file trough Skype..

That was released by Hoax there is a thread on that, as well as it is on the Index for Development; and yes it is the "easiest way" but some people as well like to know how to do things manually, so it is good to have the addresses out there as some people might use them even for something else, we never know

Incorrect, John. That one was actually created by me, as it has my old program icon I used on all of my files. I never released it here, since there was already two of them, I only released it on an offsite forum I kept some minor programs I made on.

hy guys, is the any way to hack the kill-rate , by any simply user like me?i play a PS, and the kill rate is x35, and i want to change it to higher,maybe x100.Is that possible?

No you can't, these changes are done server sided, just administrators can change this
