I've just created a 80cap pvp server with FB items in npc(Stats are 100% aswell)

Server information
VSRO Files 1.193(The new one)
Cap:80
Mastery:300
Exp: default(1x)
Elixires are at NPC
Race: Euro+China

dont make with hamachi without u get alot more players and people really like 80cap server in this time so do it fast :P

register link doesnt work for me and hamachi server sux btw.

i told him to put it without hamachi he lose players like this

About register, it should work now...skype blocked the 80 port.

Stats are 100% too, you have to drop them or simple restart.
The only thing what is 0% is crit.

Nice, so you could add chelenge stones or make it like 50-60% bcuz int char will pwn otherwise xD
