Is this IBot crack work?

Hello I have tutorial on crack for IBot but I have no idea is it work.Because I forgot admin password of my computer and I must password for admin.....
Is work this crack?:
1. Change Fake ID
2. Run Wicked Patcher at computer admin
3. Run IBot and enjoy!
