Help fight back against BigPoint

Hello, my name is Angel, and I am putting together a Class Action Lawsuit against Big Point. I figure this is the most suitable place to post this thread on this forum since it is targeted a Dark Orbit(but please move to correct spot if its in the wrong place). I, like many of you, am very tired of everything Big Point is doing and getting away with. I have gone thru quite some stuff, just as many of you have. So I've been doing research on what actions can be taken here. Then spoke with a lawyer to ask general questions of what it would take to get a class action going. his first advice wast to host a forum where players who have a story to tell can come and tell it. From there I can gather information and PM individuals for further details and such, and find some volunteers to help the cause with some good evidence and testimonies. And hopefully we can finally hit them where it hurts.

Anything from chat bans, to game bans, to being banned unfairly (like some people have been getting banned lately with out even botting), to rude customer service from support via e-mails, to over priced items, to the game of chance(gambling, everything and anything we can use against them, please come and post on the forum about it.

This will be done in the US(since US has the best fairness and consumer rights laws of all countries), but everyone is welcome to post on the forum their stories, even if you don't want anything to do with this class action, just come to talk about it and follow up on whats going on with everyone else. Kinda like what this section of this forum is doing here. I will be advertising this everywhere I can and make sure we get some media coverage once we build up a nice community and get enough stories in the forum. Even if the class action falls thru, at least they will have public humilitation by having spotlight on them.

So spread the word, tell all your friends on Dark Orbit and whatever else forum you're a part of to come to [Only registered and activated users can see links. I just started this forum so it is quite empty right now and need some help building it up, or even some volunteers to help run the forum, if people even come to it, i hope. Thank You.

P.S. MODS and ADMINs please don't delete this,I am not trying to do any advertising here to sell stuff or anything, this is to get Big Point back for everything they are doing to the players on Dark Orbit.

yes i caught that after i posted lol, i just registered and posted my first story, ill finish tomorrow morning, its getting late.

my case is that i got my account taken via my account even though i didnt give any info plus my mums cc info was on it and i sent em proof that the acc was mine by using past transaction details i submitted 2-3 transaction info to them and they didnt even answer for 3-4 days, i had to plead to them to even delete my mums cc info it took em days to reply, recently around december i got a chat ban and its been 3 months n they said they wont remove it i mean 1 or 2 months is ok, but permanent is something that really spoils the game even when ur spending so much time and money, 2 of my friends around last year bought 100$ worth of uridium during a mega happy hour and non of em got their uridium and the support ignored their e-mails, everything has been made way over the reasonable price they just want our wallets not us -.-":rtfm:
2ndly they only make updates related to them making more money like bio designs and now the new drone formation rubbish ive been playing the game for almost 4 yrs and the only good thing they did were change the npc design theyve only added 3 maps and hardly any new npc and quest there are no new quest for almost 3 yrs normal mmorpg games have 100s of quest to keep the person occupied and the number of quests received for each lvl up is only like 2-3 its kinda sad tbh

That really sucks, can you tell the storie on my forum, its kinda empty right now, bastian helped out posting a few, hopefully within the next few weeks and more and more get posted people will get influenced into posting too and i can get a nice collection going. All it takes is a few good people to lead, and the rest will follow. I'm hopping to make this big enough to make a difference in this game. There has never been a mass organized movement against BP (at least not a legal one, i know the hackers have been attacking them with bots lol), so I'm trying to get this going.

I slowly have gave up on dark orbit so many of my friends banned without reason. And yes they did not bot because they where legit players and did not want to cheat at game.

I even know how there script is ran like many others and because of what they have done and added to it this is now effecting legit and honest players

You can get your money back and i advised them how to do this and they are passing the info on.

File a dispute with your bank can claim upto 2 years and paypal upto 45 days unless changed. Give them grounds on why you are filing this and provide your not a botter or cheat to them provide emails you have sent to support providing that they are in fact not giving you any proof to say you cheated or botted and all emails to them . 22 people i know so far have got over 1.5 years of funds back plunged into this game from bank and credit card. Paypal are a little harder but generly can get upto 45days back if you provided enough proof. If you want all back then you will have to speak to a legal representative to take action against them.

This game is fair to say is game over now with all the bans for no reasons and am sort of sick and tired of their crap they give in their responses.

Having a forum up complaining wont do anything you need a team of at least 1,000 people who can all goto cort and take legal action and stand in front of Dark Orbit and bigpoint and go thought the legal ways. Even then its going to cost you a tun of cash to do this. The best thing i can advise is if you have been banned without cheating or botting then file dispute with bank and credit card and paypal.
