Item invisible

After searching the web and forums, I've not been able to find a solution to my issue. What would cause an item such as argates, pots, or other items to be invisible in your shops and inventory?

Image 1 is the copper argate that is invisible in my inventory and on the ground before I pick it up, and image 2 is my Divine Token that is invisible in my dshop.

If I remember this, its the Itemshape.csv

I found out what the problem was. There was a couple of problems in the item_shape file. First the headers at the top were missing and the info for the argates were in the wrong column. Once that was fixed and updated my client, everything worked out.
