Converter: ASCII => Windows-1250

I am looking for software that will convert ASCII file in Windows-1250.

Yeah great, I use notepad, I have converted over 500 file one by one, I thought the assets back into Windows-1250, and in the end everything was still in ASCII, I lost almost 5 hours

Tu as changé l'encodage du fichier pas le nom.
Il te faut aussi traduire le nom des ressources...

Bha tu le fais toi même le logiciel c'est pas très compliqué suffit de faire deux chaine de caractère dans la 1ere tu met les caractères en ASCII et dans la 2e tu met les caractères en windows-1250 et après tu regarde si c'est le 4e caractère dans la 1ere variable tu prend le 4e caractère dans la 2e c'est pas très compliqué a faire ;)

je voulais encoder en faite les fichiers acuir en windows-1250 pour pouvoir avoir les accents en jeux sur le client FR car actuellement j'ai le client FR, sans les accents

je n'y arrive pas j'ai besoin d'aide

Your problem is easy. The 7.1 Mods from ncarbon are all like this hashed: db_string(ascii).rdb you need the hash for db_string.rdb to support windows-125x
