The position of a charakter can you edit in the database.

You must open the database "player" and then the table "player". There you have to look for the name of the player whose position you want to change. Edit the "x" and the "y" cordinate.

If you want to edit a map, you can find here some nice tutorials. Try to use the searchfunction (<= sorry for the bad word) and find something well.
