[HELP] ACC, NPC and MsgServer Error

Hi, I have upload my server side to the Windows VPS. But I can't run, the message say "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".

From the error I can understand maybe the file was move or restricted by administrator. So, I have change setting in my VPS including permission and contacting VPS technician. But still same problem.

So here, I wanna know, what this AccServer, NPC and MsgServer required files to open? Because, I notice the icons was blank. The normal one should be icon "FMC". Maybe my VPS is missing some software and i need to install them before can open.

So anyone know how to solve my problem?

Your VPS is running an Anti-Virus Program or Firewall that has put a block on the files. To fix it, you either need to remove the anti virus, or contact your system admin and have them put in an exception for each of the .exe files.

I have told that to the system admin. All in exception list and my VPS not installed any antivirus yet.

The reasons I gave you are the only ways that I know of that causes the issues you are having. I would contact your system admin again, and see if they have an AV running by default (Many VPS hosters install a default AV as a precaution).

My system admin said, "Your VPS do not have Antivirus installed , however the hardware node that your vps container is located is having antivirus. We have placed the file name in the exception list.
If the problem persist, this software may not be suitable on the Para Virtualizes environtment like VPS and require a dedicated server."

So, how?
