I'm not the best in ollydbg.. but if it's limiting the FPS to 40... then I'd assume that 40 is either a literal constant or variable constant in TQ's code. You might be able to find it just by opening conquer.exe in ollydbg and searching for a constant with the value 28 (the hex for 40). That's how I'd approach it at least.

load conquer.exe in Olly, Right Click > Search For > All Intermodular Calls > type " sleep " and hit Enter, scroll 2 lines up and you should find the number ( 19 ), change it to ( 8 - 10 - 12 - 14 ) then scroll up few lines you'll find another line ending with the number 19, change it to the same number u used in the 1st 19, Right Click > Copy To Executable > All Modifications. a new window will open, close it and click yes when it asks you if you want to save or not, save it inside conquer folder and replace it with the one you have there and you are all done

If you're running on 64-bit architecture, you need to use the Stealth64 plugin. Google it.
