That account couldnt be 85 with that kind of gear its minimum lvl99...

maybe he don't want to wear this int.luke, but need it just for show :)

maybe he created new account that has 1 post to scam ppl Oo just an option :P

maybe he have archer 94+ in archon and hes not a scammer :P thats opinion 2 ;)

i got scammed by a 100+ ranger so the lvl doesnt mather a 120 can be a scammer this days
