deactivate roc.(refregionbindasosserver change service 1 to 0 for roc)

Simply your machine cannot handle all the maps,
you need to some of the maps , as Mertcoskun suggested close the ROC,
or you can use a small query to reduce the number of the spawn mobs by half

Yeah, keep deactivating regions untill you can see the monsters and they do not dissapear. you need about 4 gigs of RAM to run 3/4 of then regions. Also try disable the Forgotten worlds and Quin (Chin) tomb and Dw cave
