well all coding is done in english, but the strings displayed within the game are chinese

i would say 80% english and 20% chinese...

Before they compile files to binary, they can use english or chinese files.
Now its compiled with Cn_DDRes.h and Cn_Res.h.
They both are like a name says in chinese.
So we have now chinese exe.

well the expball one is actually in the cq_action I seen it =]
as for the rest they are within the msg server itself, but unless you have new source code you have to make the texts the same length or it will screw your msg server up
