Which server is the best server now?

Hey Epvp community !

I wondring which server is the best server?

I have some stuffs that is importent

No laggs
Nice GM�s
Active people ( pvp , job war & uniques )
Alot of players who plays so its not 50-200/300 players it would be great with like 600+ at least
Not to many Turks, Egy�s and noobs ( I AM NOT RASISTIC !!! , But Turks & Egy�s are the most people that destorys the gameplay for players )

Prefer 100 Cap but other caps works as well

If you got a server that sammes to be like that one plizz post it :)

Good ol' elite sro. Server 1 , usualy 1000++ people online but there are a lot of egys and turks though but I dont mind them that much as long as they dont get in my way. Also cap is 100 but is about to be updated to 110 and rates are 15x which is a lot more fun imo than these 100x +++ rate servers. Only thing that elite sro is lacking is gm support and events but thats all.
