Lower MS in SEA!

Ppl...I want to ask you about ms...My ms is 900(great seconds between skill and effect)How can i lower ms kust a bit...my internet is good..but i live in Russia=) If you will say about proxy,i accept it..But say more than "use proxy"

check your system (computer) if its good enough. Also try using the old method. Lower and turn off all graphic effect on SEA. Turn resolution to lowest with window mode and do 16 bit color instead of 32 in SEA option.

My system isnt good...But all games work norm...
1)About graphic...I try the best and lowest graphic options...Ms was 900 and still 900...
2)I play always in window(1024-768-16)
I think it depends on internet...Dekaron is great..(60-150ms)
What can you say about proxy?

if you ask me, my ms is 50 or so, but it never goes up to more than a 100 :D
