Making accounts on the Database

Does any one know the code i need to enter in to navicat console so i can create my self an account so i can play on my account?

i have it somewhere id have to look for it i had it uploaded on megaupload but its down so ill have to look for it lol

you can make your own account from the site in the attachment just write the username & password and copy the query and put it in your navicat ==> Query ==> New Query then login
