I am switching servers so i need to exchange my gold to new server
i see that silkroad-gold offers exchange serice, but i dont know how to contact them and they are always offline on MSN.
Is there any other service out there that provides gold exchange?

Most likely your web browser blocks it, since the live chat is a pop-up window.
