When I have only 1 region enabled, everything is working fine. For example, only CHINA is set to 1 in _RefRegionBindAssocServer, gameserver loads without any error. After I enable one more region, I get this error:

Hotan + Hotan Fortress + Downhang = works
Hotan + Hotan Fortress + Downhang + Jangan = ERROR
My RAM usage is ~80% with 2 regions
