Introduction:
A lot of people have been wondering or needless to say asking me how certain people across these private servers are getting such extremely large amount of ZEN. Most people would just take the guess of saying that they're simply purchasing the PipiLoad Card, but in reality, they're not. I'll explain more.
What is PipiLoad Reseller?
I don't really know an easy way to explain this, but what this is in a nutshell is a person buying a HUGE amount of ZEN by purchasing PipiLoad Cards in a bulk (I'm talking $1000+), and gets a lot of ZEN for it based on the Private Server's Donation Chart.
After the purchase, the person Top Up's his Account with the PipiLoad Codes he recently purchased, and then he will sell this ZEN for smaller portions and therefor makes a lot of money by repeating this process. This could turn the, for instance, $1000 spent into a whacking $3000-5000.
There are several people using these resellers at their advantage, but to not cause any arguments I won't name the people using it.
Can I trust a PipiLoad Reseller?
Unless you are certain that you can trust the Reseller, with the person giving you proof of his product in question (ZEN), then NO, you can't trust them. You must be given proof and have trust in the reseller, make him show you previous transactions he has made with other people buying ZEN from him.

Is it legal/allowed to buy zen from a Reseller?
Based on the competence of the Boi-Germany Staff: Yes, it is allowed.
