I think and I hope that nobody will release a detailed tutorial how to make it and I strongly believe that it is impossible to make such a hack with a Cheat Engine. You need "some" more knowledge + the right programs. (f.e. WPE Pro)
And don´t ask me if I could teach you stuff, I´m not an expert or pro in hacking, packet editing,... ;)
