register.php doesnt work propperly cus i tryed to make a new 1 can any1 gime a fix for this or what to add to it

Question Number 2 Icons do not show and if they do some are glitched here is a ss
And Question Number 3 Does Anybody Know How to propperly instert the right files dds 3dc and mtl or w.e. to get the new files u made into the client so u can see them and all.. thank you
oh and 1 more thing anybody know why on the admin panel dash released on lottery i get character dont exist??
