I'm playing on a shitty server some of my friends made so no safe guards in place. It has an auto eps system, is it possible I could find the packet for when i auto get the eps and just repeat that packet over and over?

nope. thats all server side. if there were a way to do that we'd have done that on regular eo a long time ago when they had thier drops.
