Avatar contest

Can anyone make a hack or anything that bypasses the "only one vote per min." they currently have on the website...seems a few ppl have done this already seeing as how the worst avatars have 3k+ votes

I'm not to sure how it works, i would've submitted somthing myself but the people with bots will always win. You can probably refresh(change) your IP adress and connect again, or clear your browser cache.
