Bloom Effect won't work | How do I fix this?

Hey everyone, I've got a bit of a problem here.

Recently I started playing Silkroad again because of the new Sro-R release.

Now I noticed that the bloom effect wasn't working for me. So if I turn it on the screen will go totally blue. The only way for me to play Sro now is when I have the bloom effect turned off.

My question is if anyone knows how I can fix this problem. I don't really enjoy playing Sro without that bloom effect because I know it could look so much better.

So How do I fix this?

All my drivers are updated, so I have no idea why it's still not showing the bloom effect correctly. I used to be able to play with the bloom effect on my old crap pc so i dont know why it won't work on my current.

My computer specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 950
Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce GTX 460 OC 1GB
RAM: Corsair 12GB-1600Mhz ram
Motherboard: ASRock X58 Extreme
Monitor: 23" Full HD

Here's someone with an exact same error like yours. i think it's related with the graphic card. No idea what to do about it.

i have a gtx 770 and same problem. only on isro.

p server works fine
