Common Errors

1. If the screen turns black and it goes back to the character selection screen with some error message, select the server IN THE LAUNCHER (refer to the first image under PICTURE TUT.(You may have DCed from the server some how) Try logging on your character again. If that still doesn't work, either the server is down or you have the wrong logintool.

2. If you are unable to log in to your account, refer to the solution in number 1. Same problem, you're some how disconnected from the server.

Servers Are Shuting Down Every Day For 2 Hours (8am to 10am[GMT +8])

GMT -12 (01pm to 03pm)
GMT -11 (02pm to 04pm)
GMT -10 (03pm to 05pm)
GMT -09 (04pm to 06pm)
GMT -08 (05pm to 07pm)
GMT -07 (06pm to 08pm)
GMT -06 (07pm to 09pm)
GMT -05 (08pm to 10pm)
GMT -04 (09pm to 11pm)
GMT -03 (10pm to 12pm)
GMT -02 (11pm to 01am)
GMT -01 (12pm to 02am)

GMT +01 (01am to 03am)
GMT +02 (02am to 04am)
GMT +03 (03am to 05am)
GMT +04 (04am to 06am)
GMT +05 (05am to 07am)
GMT +06 (06am to 08am)
GMT +07 (07am to 09am)
GMT +08 (08am to 10am)
GMT +09 (09am to 11am)

Now I think the server is open from 8 am to 9 pm GMT +8 I think. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Hmm yesterday they put on their webbie the server runs from 8 am to 9 pm, today they changed it back to 8-10 am maintenance.

May need to download a new client, not sure about that

You got DCed. Get the new client...Search the forums, you should be able to find instructions on how to get this server working.
