[Help] MySQL

I have a little MySQL problem, and i dont know whats the reason.

Well, maybe some GraphicEO Players know, that im helper in the DB, so i need to go on the DB. I filled all in (User, Pass etc.) but it givbes me an Error-Message:

1130 - Host 'KR-WXRSC38UMPF4' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

Well, if you thikn im a noob, because I have there a problem, gtfo and piss off! Everyone can have problems.

Check that u entred correct ip at their mysql and correct user and pass at the both sides otherwise so idk

open manage user on this host pc then new user then enter ur user name and pass and ip then enter the same info on ur pc as new connection but enter their ip not ur ip

bcuz his user is for local host only means server 15% secure
