[Help]PricePolicyConditionLevel

"insert PricePolicyConditionLevel ..." error.
So when added in shop 10D bow, I got error on Gameserver when launched it.
used this guide:

only changed from 09 to 10. ;] if anyone need i will post just exactly like i puted in db. please help.

_RefPackageItem
_RefScrapOfPackageItem
_RefPricePolicyOfItem
_RefShopGoods
