Updated coz of new Application receiver

Atm The UG just accept ppl with high knowledge in packet editing, debugging...

If u only can do winhex edit or writing scripts dont waste our time with sending applications.

This is coz we want really skilled ppl in the UG to make new things working.

Thx

I would like to explain about entering ug. Since I sometimes gets pm from people.

You DO NOT get in UG ( UnderGround) because your post count is high. Your thanks is high. Buying premium membership. Your date joined is old.

We pick them for their skills of hacking but thats not all. We pick em also because they understand what it mean between public hacks and private hacks. I always get pm asking about letting them join UG because their XX is high.

Btw we actually do ( well I do ) look at what you have done and stuff before we ( I ) give a yes. All 3 mod of 2moons ( Reaper, Trane, and myself ) will do a vote if your a go or no. So please dont consider thanks or any other thing will help you get in UG.

For example, andrew_seul as of right now have 157 post count and only 27 thanks. He has less when he joined our team.
